Location: Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank

Job Type: 10 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organising all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondences. They will ensure that all documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and archived according to company procedures. The Document Controller will collaborate with project teams to maintain document control processes, track revisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
Proficiency in document management software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education:

Matric & Relevant Certificate or Diploma

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in document control within the mining

At least 5 years’ experience working on Aconex

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of document control procedures and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
