Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Document controller to work for our client based in Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of this role:

Document Management: Manages all project documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, organised, and accessible.
Version Control: Maintains current versions of documents and archives historical data to prevent data loss or confusion.
Distribution and Retrieval: Controls the distribution of documents to ensure team members have the necessary information and facilitates efficient document retrieval.
Compliance and Standards: Ensures documentation processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaboration and Communication: Coordinates with project managers and teams to meet documentation needs, enhancing project communication.
Security and Confidentiality: Protects the confidentiality and integrity of project documents.
Audit Preparation: Prepares documents for audits, ensuring compliance and readiness for reviews.
Software and Tools: Utilises document management software to handle documents efficiently.
The Document Controller role is crucial for maintaining order and integrity in documentation, supporting effective project management and compliance in desalination water transport projects.

Qualifications Required:

Degree or Diploma
5 years or more experience
