Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Document controller to work for our client based in Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of this role:

• Document Management: Manages all project documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, organised, and accessible.
• Version Control: Maintains current versions of documents and archives historical data to prevent data loss or confusion.
• Distribution and Retrieval: Controls the distribution of documents to ensure team members have the necessary information and facilitates efficient document retrieval.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensures documentation processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Coordinates with project managers and teams to meet documentation needs, enhancing project communication.
• Security and Confidentiality: Protects the confidentiality and integrity of project documents.
• Audit Preparation: Prepares documents for audits, ensuring compliance and readiness for reviews.
• Software and Tools: Utilises document management software to handle documents efficiently.
• The Document Controller role is crucial for maintaining order and integrity in documentation, supporting effective project management and compliance in desalination water transport projects.
