Job Title: Document Controller

Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank
Job Type:
5 month Contract, Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Manage and control the flow of documents in a mining environment
- Organise and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents
- Track document revisions and updates
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Matric qualification
- Certificate in document control
- Diploma in a related field
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or Information Management (Advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the mining industry
- Proficiency in using document control software such as Aconex
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document management
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Working Conditions:
The Document Controller will be based in Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank, working within a mining environment. The role may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
