SUMMARY:
A global client in the logistics industry is seeking a Doc Controller/ HSE Administrator for a 6-month contract.
POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Document Formatting:
- Format Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance (HSEC) procedures and operational procedures into specified formats as per organizational requirements.
Document Control Process:
- Establish and manage a document control system for both existing and new procedures.
- Ensure all documents are properly categorized, stored, and accessible.
Development of Excel Tools:
- Design smart and interactive Excel tools and dashboards to streamline data management for HSEC and operations.
- Ensure dashboards provide real-time insights and are user-friendly for teams.
Standardization:
- Assist in the standardization of documents, processes, and tools across different regional locations.
- Ensure consistency in documentation and adherence to company standards.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Logistics, HSE or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance (HSEC) regulations.
- Proven experience in document control processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical ability with document management systems.
- Experience in working with operational and HSEC procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
