Divisional Head Shared Services

SUMMARY:

• To Provide strategic leadership, direction, and vision for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive shared services portfolio within company.
• This role encompasses leadership and oversight of operational and transactional functions, including Legal, Human Resources, Information Communication and Technology, Graduate Development, Contract Management, Performance Monitoring, and Administrative Support.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for Developing and implementing the Shared Services Strategy.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
• Overseeing business operations, project execution, and performance management.
• Leading policy and procedure development.
• Managing financial resources and systems.
• Driving people management and staff development initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

• A Postgraduate or Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Business, Finance, Administration, Management, Office Administration, or Human Resources.
• An MBA, MBL, or a higher qualification will be advantageous.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading support services within a large organization, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience in the Water and Sanitation sector, government, municipalities, or a related industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and leading the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services to achieve strategic objectives.
