Position: Divisional Executive: Venture Capital and Corporate Finance
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Divisional Executive: Venture Capital and Corporate Finance. Responsible for driving the growth and success of key funds and regional offices. This dynamic leader will play a crucial role in fostering investments in high-impact sectors such as renewable energy, mining, agro-processing, tourism, and more.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of investment strategies, identifying new projects, raising funding, managing a team of investment professionals, and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, B-BBEE financing, and investment management, with a proven track record in private equity, venture capital, or development finance. Strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and experience managing large teams in high-pressure environments are essential.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private equity, SME funding, venture capital, or development finance
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, B-BBEE financing structures, and equity investment strategies
• A degree in Commerce or a related field (Honours or Master’s preferred)
