This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in developing and implementing risk strategies within corporate entities, professional bodies, regulators, or educational institutions in Kenya or internationally.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• ✔ Degree-level qualification in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• ✔ Professional certification in risk management, accountancy, or compliance (e.g., Institute of Risk Management membership).
• ✔ Extensive experience in risk and compliance management, with a history of driving sustainable behavioral change at the executive level.
• ✔ Hands-on expertise in risk assessment, compliance oversight, and regulatory reporting.
• ✔ Experience working across international teams and diverse regulatory landscapes.

• ✅ Deep understanding of risk management tools, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance.
• ✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to implement risk strategies effectively.
• ✅ Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, earning credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
