As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Director of Education to lead the creation, development, and delivery of educational content tailored for AI executives and professionals.

Role Overview:
The Director of Education will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our organization. This individual will develop and deliver engaging AI literacy programs and self-paced courses, design content for a bespoke AI education platform, and create impactful resources for a variety of industries. The role is ideal for a creative educator passionate about AI and skilled at translating complex concepts into accessible, compelling learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development and Delivery:

• AI Literacy Programs: Design, develop, and deliver tailored training for executives and professionals to enhance their understanding and practical application of AI in business contexts.
• Self-Paced Courses: Create high-quality, interactive online courses and learning programs for independent study.
• Educational Platform Content: Regularly produce innovative and insightful content on emerging AI applications and sector-specific resources.

Educational Leadership:

• Program Innovation: Devise strategies to enhance and evolve the organization''s educational offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of AI literacy.
• Sector-Specific Materials: Develop resources tailored to the unique needs of industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, and others.
• Learning Materials: Write and publish guides, case studies, and additional materials to support the organizations training initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams to align educational programs with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their educational needs and develop customized solutions.
• Represent the organization at professional events and forums, showcasing its leadership in AI education.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in leading teams and driving strategic educational initiatives.
• A proven track record of teaching, including designing and delivering engaging educational programs.
• Strong interest in AI and its applications across multiple sectors.
• Exceptional creative writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and informative content.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools for course design and delivery.

Desirable:

• Experience in creating educational content or training programs tailored to specific sectors.
• Familiarity with AI tools and resources related to business, healthcare, and technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
