Job Opportunity: Head of Credit (Rwanda - Rwandan Nationals Only).

POSITION INFO:
Are you a credit expert ready to take on a leadership role in one of Rwanda’s top banking brands? My client is looking for an exceptional Head of Credit to lead the charge in managing credit risk and driving growth. Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in credit risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in credit assessment, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Rwandan national with a deep understanding of the local market.
