What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the Bank’s internal audit framework and ensuring its alignment with global best practices.
Leading risk-based audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Audit Committee, to provide independent and objective assessments.
Championing a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A university Degree and recognized qualifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
Proven expertise in risk management, governance, and compliance.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills to inspire confidence and trust.
