Develop and execute enterprise-wide risk and compliance strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations and initiatives.
Lead risk assessments, reporting, and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align governance with business goals.
Build a culture of compliance and ethical excellence across teams.

Who You Are:

Proven experience in risk and compliance leadership, with 10+ years in financial services.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (local and international).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
A results-driven leader with a focus on governance and operational excellence.
