Director Risk Management

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Risk Management to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall risk management strategy for the organization. You will work closely with senior management to identify, assess, and minimize risks to ensure the company's financial security and stability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures
Identifying potential risks and creating strategies to mitigate them
Monitoring and analyzing risk management performance
Providing risk management training to staff members
Leading risk management team and overseeing their work
Conducting regular risk assessments and preparing reports for senior management
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with various departments to ensure risk management compliance
