Exciting Career Opportunity: Director – Real Estate & Conveyancing

Are you an experienced legal professional seeking a new challenge in Real Estate and Conveyancing? This is your chance to join a leading, fast-growing legal firm, working with a dynamic and diverse team.

Key Requirements:

LLB Law degree
Admitted Attorney, Notary Public, and Conveyancer in South Africa
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
Proficiency with legal software (LexisNexis, Search Works, Windeed, or similar)
Proven experience running a commercial practice

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a Real Estate & Conveyancing team
Oversee and administer transactions, ensuring efficiency
Develop operational strategies for the firm
Manage relationships and contribute to business growth
Conduct legal research and review Real Estate and conveyancing-related documentation
Draft and prepare conveyancing documents
Handle commercial financing and property transfer transactions
