What You'll Own:

• Shape Strategy: Define and implement actuarial strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
• Lead Innovation: Build cutting-edge pricing, reserving, and risk models to stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Drive Compliance: Ensure all processes meet global standards (IFRS, Solvency II) and regulatory requirements.
• Boost Profitability: Lead the development of competitive, profitable products and provide expert insights to influence leadership decisions.

• A visionary leader with a Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• A qualified Actuary (Fellowship or Associate with a recognized actuarial body).
• Proven expertise with 10+ years of actuarial experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Mastery of actuarial tools like Prophet, Python, or similar, and in-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks.
• A track record of transformative leadership, delivering impactful strategies and innovative solutions.
