Our Client is looking for dynamic and results-driven Direct Field / External Sales Consultants to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long-term clients. You will be responsible for selling alternative power solutions to residential and business customers through direct, face-to-

POSITION INFO:
JOB TITLE: Direct Field / External Sales Consultant
AREA: Nationally
INDUSTRY: Renewable Energy
Salary / CTC: R13,000 – R18,000 basic salary + commission (depending on current earnings, qualifications and experience)
Benefits: Fuel allowance, cellphone allowance, commission structure with high earning potential
Report to: Sales Manager
Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and approach potential customers.
Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, explain product offerings, and assess customer needs.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals effectively.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) qualification (essential).
4+ years of field sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, telecoms, or financial services.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport (essential).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Smartphone
Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
