About the role

• Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Create and optimize digital content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, technology, and consumer behavior.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for digital marketing optimization and improvement.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to stakeholders and management.

• Matric.
• Degree in Marketing.
  
• South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
• Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and messages.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, such as social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), Microsoft Office Suite, and internet research.
• Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights from digital marketing metrics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to brainstorm ideas and contribute to digital marketing campaign development.
