Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or geospatial sectors
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Quick thinking, innovative, and a self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of content management tools like Sales Force, Eloqua, Mail Chimp, Meta for Business, LinkedIn Business Manager, etc.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
• Manage and optimize company's website and social media profiles for the South African market
• Create engaging content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies
• Conduct market research, understand the campaign target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities
• Measure and analyse campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools
• Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
• Track and analyse primary metrics, revenue and paid ad initiatives weekly and monthly.
• Make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve with new technologies and digital marketing trends
