Digital Marketing Manager

Company

A leading retail business that operates primarily within the motor industry.

Role Overview

To develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will manage websites, paid search, social media, lead generation, and overall campaign management, ensuring alignment with brand goals. In addition, they will collaborate with internal and external teams to maximise revenue and optimise performance across multiple channels.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail or e-commerce
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Demonstrable experience with project management, social media strategy, SEO best practices, and lead generation
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Established press and media contacts are beneficial
A technical understanding of APIs and website feeds is essential for this role
