Basic Requirements:

• Formal Tertiary education:
  • Grade 12
  • Engineering degree advantageous
• Experience: Education, Community Engagement, Communications, Technology
• Languages: English (speak, read, and write)
• Driver’s License: Code 8 – required

Job Objectives:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Learning Coach with excellent communication, interpersonal and technology/engineering skills to own and oversee learner engagement on our Omang Devices for the Stellantis skills development program.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on Omang devices.
• Collaborate with the Jendamark check-point team and Odin operations (FIT) team to curate the content needed for the program
• Facilitate live discussions and forums to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among students.
• Provide guidance and support to students as they work through the curriculum
• Analyse student watch history data to identify areas of strength and weakness & non-users
• Liaising with individual students to investigate non-usage or low engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to inform instructional strategies and interventions
• Offer technical support and address any questions or concerns where applicable
• Keeping students motivated and facilitating our rewards program
• Reporting general feedback and/or suggestions from students
• Providing ideas on how to increase and drive engagement of the program participants
• Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional service
• Weekly tracking and reporting of student progress, engagement metrics and insights
• In phase 2 of this project, this role will become more of an oversight and project tracking role.
• Travel between the host companies may be necessary
• Continuously improve through feedback.
