POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Degree in Web Development, or related field with at least 5 years’ commercial experience
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and clean coding practices.
• Strong knowledge of website deployment, including backups, cPanel, and MySQL.
• Proficient in font replacement, module/script integration, and troubleshooting.
• Must-have experience with cross-browser compatibility and resolving browser-specific issues.
• Must-have experience with collaborating with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional websites and applications.
• Implement and test responsive designs to guarantee compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Enhance website performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and implement necessary improvements.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Adhere to design guidelines to maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
• Apply fundamental UX principles and best practices to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe, Sketch, Figma, or similar for effective collaboration with design teams

• Develop scalable, structured digital projects with clean, standards-compliant code.
• Ensure seamless core updates and deliver high-quality, functional websites.
• Effectively manage client/stakeholder expectations and provide superior technical solutions.
• Create wireframes and execute projects with adaptable work plans.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies with innovative, effective solutions.
• Manage resources to meet project schedules.
• Accurately log daily project time and details.
