SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team and across the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing.
Previous experience in an agile development environment.
