As a Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and administration of property development projects. This position involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with legal and municipal regulations. You will contribute to the strategic growth of developments by assisting with feasibility studies, preparing sales collateral, and optimising internal processes.

POSITION INFO:
Development Coordinator
Are you passionate about urban development and project coordination? We’re looking for a Development Coordinator to play a key role in planning and managing high-quality property developments. This role requires strong organisational skills, research capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Planning & Coordination – Assist in planning new developments, managing costings, design, and research while coordinating architects, engineers, and other professionals.
-Research & Insights – Conduct market research, analyse data, and provide insights to support development decisions.
-Development Administration – Manage essential documentation, oversee compliance, and facilitate smooth project execution.
-Process Improvement – Continuously refine systems, optimise workflows, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

- BSc/MSc in Property Studies, Town/Regional Planning, or related field.
- Experience in urban planning, project coordination, real estate research, or development management.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
-Ability to work proactively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
