We are seeking a Senior Design Architect to join our team in Malta. This role offers the opportunity to shape architectural concepts from initial design to project completion, working on a diverse range of projects.

POSITION INFO:

Your Role:

• Develop and implement architectural concepts, master plans, and project designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, project briefs, and design reports.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory codes and industry standards.
• Oversee design progression through development and detailing phases.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Architecture with experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Professional accreditation or chartership is an advantage.
• Strong team leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and planning authority policies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion (Revit experience is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet high design standards.
• A collaborative, motivated approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A valid driving license is a plus.
