POSITION INFO:
As Deputy Principal (Academics), you will take a leading role in shaping the academic direction of the school, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education. You will work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and leadership to develop and implement innovative academic programs that inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications required:

A relevant degree in Education (preferably at the postgraduate level).
SACE registration and proven teaching experience.

Skills and Experience required:

A minimum of 3 - 5 years in a senior academic leadership role in an educational institution.
Expertise in curriculum design and development.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Passion for developing students’ academic potential and fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Description:

Lead the academic vision of the school, ensuring a rigorous and dynamic curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Work with staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and academic policies.
Provide leadership and support to faculty members, fostering professional development and high-performance standards.
Monitor and evaluate student academic progress, implementing strategies to support under-performing students.
Foster a culture of academic excellence, encouraging innovation and intellectual curiosity across all grades.
