Qualification

• Matric
• Accounting Qualification would be an advantage

• 3 - 5 Years' experience as Depot Manager within the technical manufacturing industry
• Experience in managing annual operating budgets and investment expenditure budgets
• Making final decisions on pricing strategy and delegate specific pricing authority
• Negotiating and leading discussions with major suppliers
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and an Accounting System

• Monitor the development of the results of the company and carry out final responsibility for achieving these objectives.
• Report on the financial results of the company.
• Ensure that adequate organization structures, resources, plans, procedures, systems and controls are in place.
• Ensure that the company conforms to the Statutory and Regulatory factors which the work environment including Safety, Health and Environmental issues.
• Prepare together with the Sales Team a marketing and sales strategy / information related to the business and provide detailed analysis with necessary action to ensure a proactive response to market changes.
• Optimize the use of Working Capital.
• Generate a cash flow that meets the agreed targets and budgets.
• Define the company’s strategic planning decisions and new business development initiatives.
• Growing sales through existing and new customers and new markets.
• Negotiating with existing, new suppliers and agencies.
