We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Depot Manager to join our team at the Germiston Depot. This role offers the opportunity to manage depot operations and drive sales, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service to our valued customers.

POSITION INFO:
Depot Manager Portfolio:

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Depot to ensure the desired level of support and delivery of fuel to customers against SLA objectives and targets.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Full management of all staff, customers, and suppliers, including requested reports to management.
• Manage offloading of diesel at selected customers and the Germiston depot.
• Manage and control all stock and inventory, including office purchases.
• Ensure all data capturing is done accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Respond to all internal and external communications on all company platforms.
• Provide clear and accurate reports to management.
• Ensure that the opening and closing of shifts are done as per company standard operating procedures.
• Be available on a 24-hour standby basis.

• Build a commercial customer base for all petroleum and lubricant products.
• Responsible for new business while servicing the existing client base.
• Target-driven with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Visit Petroleum Installations and have a sound knowledge of all SHERQ SOP.
• Attend tender briefings when requested.
• Manage key account customers and provide client services.

• Matric
• 6-10 years of Fueling Depot management experience
• Strong Marketing Research and Sales expertise
• Experience in the Petroleum Industry is essential
• BCom Marketing or a similar qualification will be advantageous
• Strong skills in MS Office packages
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with no endorsements
• Clear criminal checks
