Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Depo Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric qualification
3 to 5 years of experience
Accounting qualifications (advantageous)
Proficient in Excel, Word, Accounting Systems, and PowerPoint
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control company activities to generate required ROI and ensure long-term sustainability
- Apply policies and guidelines set by the Executive Committee of the Winhold Group
- Define business objectives through budgeting and strategic planning
- Monitor company performance and ensure objectives are met
- Report on financial results
- Ensure appropriate organization structures, resources, plans, procedures, and controls are in place
- Conform to statutory and regulatory factors, including safety, health, and environmental issues
- Ensure employees are well-trained and motivated to achieve company objectives
- Maintain harmonious human and industrial relations within the company
- Develop marketing and sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Optimize working capital and generate cash flow to meet targets and budgets
- Manage strategic planning decisions and new business development initiatives
- Grow sales through existing/new customers and markets
- Negotiate with suppliers and agencies
