• Communicate ingredient orders accurately to the Head Chef.
• Prepare and execute mise-en-place tasks promptly.
• Present dishes with proper garnishes, portion sizes, and serving methods.
• Optimize cooking processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment across departments.

Essential Qualifications:

• Culinary Certificate or Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Demi-Chef de Partie (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain relationships across departments.
• Confidence in interacting with distinguished clientele.
