Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the deli kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Design and develop seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, local ingredients, and deli specialties.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a cost-effective and well-stocked kitchen.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a deli, café, or restaurant environment.
• Passion for deli-style cuisine, with a creative flair and knowledge of contemporary food trends.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
