SUMMARY:
JOB PURPOSE
The Certified Deck Pool Safety Guard is a crucial member of the deck personnel team, entrusted with ensuring the safety and well-being of guests on the sun decks.
While on duty, the Certified Deck Pool Safety Guard is focused exclusively on pool safety and is prohibited from engaging in any other tasks, such as cleaning, pool setup, or arranging deck
chairs. This ensures that their full attention remains dedicated to monitoring the pool area and protecting guest safety.
When pool surveillance is not required (for example, when the pools are closed and secured with the safety net), the Certified Deck Pool Safety Guard may be reassigned to other deck related
