We are looking for a Debtors & Marketing Coordinator to join our agricultural client. The role includes invoicing, account reconciliations, payment allocation, stock control, and assisting with marketing reports

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills (medium to advanced) and Pastel experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  Experience with stock control, invoicing, and debt collection
• Invoicing customers, responding to queries, and following
• up on outstanding debtors
• Managing stock, transfers, and reconciling packaging materials
• Assisting Marketing Director and Packhouse Manager
• Other administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed
