Our client in the Agricultural Fruit Industry is seeking a Debtors Coordinator to join their team and contribute to efficient financial operations within the organization

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 and relevant tertiary education
2 years experience within a similar role, fruit export industry experience would be advantageous
Proficiency in MS Excel essential
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

Manage debtors: onboarding, invoicing, statements, payments, reconciliations, and ageing reports
Oversee credit applications and compliance
Prepare Letters of Credit documents
Assist with audits
Handle other debtors tasks as needed
