Debtors Administrator(4 Month Fixed Term Contract) – Middleburg

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

• Matric
• A diploma in Debtors, Office administration will be a great advantage

Requirements

• Must reside in Middelburg MP
• Driver Licence a must

Duties

• General Debtor Department duties for account related matters
• Allocation and processing of invoices for the branch.
• Resolve credit related queries form clients.
• Process pro-forma invoices for clients approved quotes.
• Process bank payments accordingly on pro-forma invoices
• Booking Transport and arrange delivery of goods to client/s mine sites as per their PO orders
• Preparation of quotations for submission to existing and new clients.
• Getting stock ready for delivery to clients
• Book delivery of goods with transporters to client sites
• Email invoices, credit notes, to client weekly.
• Process client credit applications, trade references etc.
• Costing and coding of branch creditor invoices for head office.
• Actively make sure all supplier invoices are paid up to date and no invoice are left more than 30-days.
• Office related filing and switchboard operations.
