Job Description
Negotiating reasonable payment on delinquent medical and schooling accounts creates a sense of urgency to make payment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and responsibilities
Always ensuring high-level collections within the set parameters of the Company rules and policies as amended from time to time.
Administration duties requires a lot of attention to detail.
To meet the daily, weekly & monthly operational needs as outlined within the Performance Agreement.
Requirements
Grade 12 or Level 4
2 years collections experience
Good problem solving.
Collections software systems experience
Attention to detail
Well-organized and able to work with and without supervision.
Good written and verbal communication.
