Our client based in Southdowns, are dealing with IT and Telecommunications. They are looking for Debt Collector who has experience in debt collection to join them on a temporary contract.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Diploma or Degree beneficial
• Proven work experience in position
• Clear and Precise English is Non-negotiable!

• Manage accounts to recover outstanding debts
• Planning a course of action to recover outstanding debts
• Handle questions and complaints
• Update account status and database regularly
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
• Call and email clients
