SUMMARY:
Debt collections administrator Needed for a high end Law firm based in Pretoria East with experience with Excalibur experience.

Candidate must have:

Excalibur system
Admin skills
Excel, Word, and Power Point experience.

Duties Include:

Allocate Trust Recon ( ½ Hour to 1 Hour)
Import Trust payments to customer accounts on Excalibur (10 Minutes)
Send updated Trust Recon via email to Pamela (2 Minutes)
Check emails for proof of payments from customers, queries from customers, emails from clients (Throughout the day)
Forward proof of customer payments to clients, refer queries to consultants, respond to clients emails (5 Minutes each received)
Check, answer and refer WhatsApp messages of customers to consultants ( 5 Minutes each received)

Salary is R15 000 c.t.c.
Email CV plus payslip ASAP.
