roject Management:

Plan and implement project tasks with the team.
Track deliverables, budgets, and compliance.
Organize filing systems and assist with reports.
Design presentations and manage publications.
Schedule management time and procure supplies.
Coordinate catering and meeting logistics.

Administrative Support:

Manage project documents and update databases.
File project communications appropriately.
Capture and organize data accurately.
Provide monthly summaries to the Programme Manager.

Travel and Events Management:

Book travel and accommodations cost-effectively.
Track compliance and coordinate budgets.
Produce monthly booking reports.

Degree or Higher Diploma in Administration or Project Management qualification
Experience in Administration or ProjectCoordination
A minimum of 1 year EXP
