SUMMARY:

Shift required: 10pm - 6am SAST or 11pm - 7am (SAST) (Monday – Friday, weekend availability)

POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose:
The company is a 24 / 7 / 365 Operation, and we are looking for people to fill in shifts at various times. All employees work remotely from home.

Requirements:

Must have a quiet work environment
Must be reliable
Upbeat and friendly demeanor
Being friendly, intuitive, and caring to all callers on all calls
Desktop / Laptop meeting minimum requirements
Stable high speed internet connection
Shift required: 10pm - 6am SAST or 11pm - 7am (SAST) (Monday – Friday, weekend availability)

Educational Requirements:

Matric
Relevant certification / diploma

Experience:

Email management experience required
1 year Hotel experience required
1 – 2 years PMS experience is preferred

Technical Requirements:
Minimum Internet Requirements:

Stable high-speed internet (wired Fibre connection, specifically if located in South Africa). Internet disconnections should not happen on a regular basis.
