Data Science Lead – Build, Innovate, and Lead!

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning? This is your chance to take ownership of a growing data science function, build models from scratch, define data strategies, and lead a team in a cutting-edge environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement business intelligence models to enhance decision-making
• Use Python and machine learning to analyze large datasets and optimize performance
• Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive business success
• Define and implement best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on BI, analytics, or operational decision-making
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and data visualization experience
• Expertise in working with large datasets and databases (SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
• Leadership skills or a strong desire to recruit and manage a team
• Ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
