Duties:

• Design and deliver Salesforce solution blueprints that are scalable, testable, and reusable.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to analyse customer requirements and frame business problems for solution designs.
• Develop end-to-end solution roadmaps aligned with organisational strategies.
• Lead design thinking processes and synthesise innovative solutions for implementation across all initiative phases.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with architectural principles, regulatory requirements, and organisational risk frameworks.
• Build architectural capability and provide coaching to delivery teams for ongoing skills evolution.
• Conduct peer reviews, testing, and solution reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage risks associated with solution design and implementation while maintaining alignment with Group guidelines.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, modern software design practices, and tools.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering Salesforce or equivalent enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with domain-driven design, microservices, and agile delivery practices.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and governance within a technology context.

• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to navigate and reconcile diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
• Proficiency in risk management, financial accountability, and vendor management.
