• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using SQL, Python, R, or other relevant languages.
• Ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to share data-driven insights with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with banking/financial data and processes is a plus.
