Job Description

As a Senior Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Residential Project construction, including:

Managing all staff and contractors.
Overall operations on construction site.
Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members.
Ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Conducting safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
Controlling and optimising resource utilisation to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Coordinating daily work schedules and tasks.

Qualifications

Construction-related Certificate or Diploma.

Skills

6 Years’ construction supervisory experience.
Proficiency in construction methods and techniques.
Delegating tasks effectively.
Safety and Quality control.
Prioritising tasks and making timely decisions.
Leadership
