Job Description

As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

Create, analyse, negotiate, and execute an array of contracts for various transactions
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections
Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders
Administration.
Labour control.
Quality control.
Subcontractor management.
Project planning and monitoring.
Maintaining productivity and programme.

Qualifications

Matric
Relevant tertiary qual

Skills

Management and leadership.
Safety management
Contracts Management
Knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and compliance
Ability to interpret and apply contract law to various situations
Ability to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts
Proficiency in CCS
