Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent service delivery to agents/guests
• 3-5+ years of inbound tour operating experience
• In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or similar booking systems
• Geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South, Southern, or East Africa
• Willingness and aptitude to learn
• Familiarity with travel industry channels
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WETU
• Data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) for decision-making
• Knowledge of different markets where andBeyond operates
• Strategic business understanding and commercial decision-making
• Sales processes and methodologies
• Problem-solving and creativity in crafting experiences
• Guest/Client satisfaction focus
