POSITION INFO:
EARTHMOVING DIVISIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR with Minimum 10 Years' EARTHMOVING Industry experience

* Batchelor's Degree in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT/FINANCIAL
MANAGEMENT or related field

* Provide overall Direction within the guidelines set out by the
CEO.
* Direct & Manage Operational activities within the assistance
of a Network of Specialists & Managers to drive Profitability &
Sustainability
* MINIMUM 10 Years' experience in a SENIOR LEADERSHIP Roles
within the EARTHMOVING Industry
* STRATEGY/FINANCIAL / OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT /
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT /MARKETING
STRATEGY & BRAND DEVELOPMENT
* Knowledge of the MINING & CONSTRUCTION Industry
Earthmoving Parts/Machine Application Assessments will
be an ADVANTAGE
* WILLING TO work outside of south Africa, THEREFORE
TRAVELLING
* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
