SUMMARY:
DIGITAL SUBLIMATION PRINTING MANCHINE OPERATOR
(Clothing Industry Bargaining Council Rates - Metro)

Setting up, operating, and monitoring a sublimation printing machine,
Ensuring high-quality prints by properly loading materials,
Adjusting settings, performing quality checks, and maintaining the machine through routine cleaning
Troubleshooting any malfunctions that may occur;
Basic understanding of digital printing technology and sublimation process
Attention to detail and ability to maintain color accuracy
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance
Computer literacy to operate design software and print management systems
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

IMPORTANT: Print room is a high-pressure environment with an extremely fast pace and it requires people who are resilient and self-motivated. The sublimation room operates both a day and night shift when workload is at full capacity.
