POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Contributing to the development of strategic and integrated annual plans including situational reviews, data-rich insights and focused 12-month digital marketing plans linked to ROI
• Full ownership – creation, deployment, budget management, analysing and report on key performance indicators - of all digital assets and communications including, but not limited to, website, e-mailers, social media content, online advertising, SEM etc.
• Develop and maintain digital activity toolkits including standards and assets for best practice sharing to ensure seamless experience and execution across key digital channels and markets
• Drive acquisition across the relevant platforms through targeted initiatives that connect with, recruit and retain audiences
• End to end management of websites including, but not limited to, design, content, user experience, performance, updates, maintenance and SEO
• Stay up to date with main online platforms (Facebook, Google, X, Instagram etc.) including performance, opportunities and competitor activity
• Ensure the respect of the allocated budget and propose its optimization without compromising success or premium execution
• Manage and challenge any specialist suppliers or 3rd party agencies as required to deliver and optimize all facets of the business’ online experience across channels
