DESIGN ENGINEER
BENONI - AUTOCAD 3D CAD DESIGN (Solid Edge preferred)
R650k ctc
MUST have B Eng qualification - NOT NEGOTIABLE
* Previous design experience within Mining or Power industry would be an advantage
* Experience in rotating equipment, 3D CAD design and manufacturing drawings, mining equipment such as conveyors, mills etc
* Detailed design and 3D modelling of gears, shafts, housings and other mechanical components from engineering specifications
* CAD assembly modelling of gear units
* Experience on INDUSTRIAL GEAR REDUCERS.
* Preparation of drawings, BOM''s and specifications - handle all related administration
* Knowledge of gear / gearbox design would be a GREAT ADVANTAGE
* WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL AS REQUIRED (VALID SA PASSPORT)
This role requires the ability to process engineering orders through the drawing office by finalizing specifications, doing detailed designs, compiling BOM''s and preparing detailed manufacturing drawings
