West Rand Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Dairy Operations Manager to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
Five years’ experience at a management level with well-developed leadership skills in Dairy Management
Dairy Management experience essential
Previous Pasture Management essential
Fodder flow planning experience
Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning & budgets
Ability to motivate and work with a team
Strong record of management skills
Computer Literate
Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to speak Sesotho
Maintenance orientated
Valid driver’s license
